TU Dortmund University has won a prize for its engagement in developing programs for students with special needs. Professor Birgit Rothenberg and pedagogy student Vera Janhsen, both at TU Dortmund University, accepted the prize from the German Employers' Associations (BDA). For 35 years, TU Dortmund University has actively sought to include students and employees with disabilities. The prize amount of 10.000 Euros will go towards a new mentoring program for students.
